of the month

A big congratulations to our newest Team Members of the Month for July 2024; Ronald Braddy and Jayson Fagioli in VIC.

Ronald: “I would like to nominate Ron as team member of the month. He is always going above and beyond the expected tasks that are provided for him. He is highly organised with having folders and information on hand for scopes and tasks he is given. He assists team members with queries when they are on works and is always sharing his knowledge and experience with those around him. He embodies the 4 core principals of Credo – Safety, People, Collaborate and Solution. He is someone that is reliable, knowledgeable and approachable. He is a valued team member and has been with Credo for 15 years”.

Ronald has been with Credo since November 2009, and his dedication and excellence consistently set him apart. He is well-organised as well as generous in sharing his extensive knowledge and experience with the team.

Jayson: “Jayson has just completed remedial works which was changes to the store at Coles Chadstone and Airport West over the course of 2 weeks. It is one of the first jobs he has had to lead with a team of 4-6 each night with the scope varying each night. The workmanship and professionalism shown by Jayson was second to none. He communicated clearly and was great with other trades and store staff. Michael Plummer (builder on site from Mainbrace) called to acknowledge the approachability, leadership, and workmanship that Jayson displayed whilst on Coles Airport West”.

Jayson joined Credo as an Installer in March 2022, quickly establishing himself as a key player within the team. He has shown remarkable leadership skills in managing the team, which has also been recognised by external clients for his outstanding effort.
